Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Tazic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply together with the Tazic Privacy Policy and any applicable Google Play, device, or platform terms that govern distribution, billing, or device-level functionality.

You may use Tazic only where you are legally permitted to do so and only on devices you own, control, or are authorized to protect. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of monitoring features, captured images, alarms, and security logs complies with applicable privacy, surveillance, employment, consumer protection, and criminal laws.

Tazic is an Android anti-theft and phone security utility. Depending on the version of the app, device capabilities, permissions, and regional availability, features may include unlock monitoring, motion alarms, charger disconnect alerts, security history, optional photo capture, screen lock actions, custom alarm settings, and paid Pro features.

Some features depend on Android system permissions, device manufacturer behavior, Google Play services, hardware support, battery policies, or other conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available or perform identically on every device or in every region.

You are responsible for reviewing and managing the permissions and device settings required by the features you choose to enable.

• Keep your device credentials, PIN, and security settings protected.
• Use the app in a manner that does not violate another person's rights.
• Review and understand any camera, usage access, notification, full-screen alert, or device-admin disclosures before enabling those features.
• Disable or uninstall the app if you no longer want it to monitor events on your device.

Tazic is intended to help detect, document, or deter certain unauthorized device activity. It does not guarantee prevention of theft, loss, misuse, data compromise, or every unauthorized access event.

Alarm, monitoring, logging, and capture features can be affected by hardware limitations, operating system changes, user settings, permission revocation, battery optimization behavior, manufacturer customization, network conditions, background execution limits, or other factors outside our control.

Tazic may offer optional paid access, including Tazic PRO, through Google Play Billing. RevenueCat may be used to support entitlement state management and purchase restoration.

The free version of Tazic may contain ads. Paid features and ad-free experience are provided only to the extent described in the app, the Google Play listing, or the checkout flow at the time of purchase.

• Prices, taxes, and purchase terms are shown at checkout through Google Play.
• Charges are billed by Google Play using the payment method associated with your Google account.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, a purchase is not a recurring subscription.
• Removing the app from your device does not erase your Google Play purchase history.
• Paid features may still depend on technical compatibility, app version, device support, and third-party services.

Refund eligibility, timing, and processing are generally controlled by Google Play and applicable law. GlobalHashtag may assist with support questions, but we may not be able to directly issue or override a platform-controlled refund decision.

Tazic, including its software, text, design, branding, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is owned by GlobalHashtag or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal lawful use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use Tazic for unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking, or abuse.
• Attempt to bypass feature limits, payment controls, licensing checks, or technical protections.
• Interfere with the app, its website, its support channels, or related infrastructure.
• Use the app in a way that violates export controls, sanctions laws, or other applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false support, billing, or legal requests.

We may suspend, restrict, or stop providing all or part of the app or related support services if we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, technical maintenance, platform requirements, or enforcement of these terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tazic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or successful in detecting or preventing every unauthorized event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalHashtag and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Tazic.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, if we are found liable for any claim arising out of these terms or the app, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Tazic in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the law of your place of residence.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlobalHashtag and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising out of your unlawful use of Tazic, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may update the app, remove or add features, revise eligibility rules, or change these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, the app, Google Play, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of Tazic after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting GlobalHashtag entity, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first at support@globalhashtag.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be brought in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law, unless another dispute resolution process is required by mandatory law.
