Basic setup checks

  • Allow notifications so alarm alerts can appear reliably.
  • Allow full-screen alerts and lock-screen display behavior where your device requires it for alarm visibility.
  • Allow usage access if you want app activity in the timeline.
  • Disable battery optimization if monitoring stops while the screen is off.
  • Allow camera only if you enable photo capture.

Common issues

  • If monitoring stops, confirm the app can run in the background.
  • If the alarm screen does not appear, check notification, full-screen alert, and lock-screen display settings.
  • If photos are missing, confirm camera permission is still granted.
  • If history is empty, confirm a protection mode was enabled before the event.
  • If charger alerts do not start, connect the charger before enabling charger protection.

Billing

Tazic PRO is a one-time purchase handled through Google Play. If Pro does not appear active after purchase, use the in-app restore option first.

Privacy and ads

  • The free version of Tazic may show ads. Tazic PRO is intended to remove ads from the in-app experience.
  • If your region requires ad consent or privacy choices, the app may show a consent or privacy message before ads are requested.
  • If a privacy choices entry is available in the app settings, use that first for ad-related preference changes on the current device.
  • Use the in-app controls first for history deletion, reset, restore purchases, and privacy choice changes where available.
