By downloading, installing, or using Pocket Wisp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply together with the Pocket Wisp Privacy Policy and any applicable Apple, Google Play, device, or platform terms that govern distribution, billing, notifications, or device-level functionality.

You may use Pocket Wisp only where you are legally permitted to do so and only on devices you own, control, or are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable law.

Pocket Wisp is a photo-based collection app that uses AI to transform photos into spirit companion characters. You can care for, chat with, and collect these characters.

Feature availability may vary by device, operating system version, permissions, platform services, and region. AI-generated content may vary in quality and is not guaranteed to produce specific results.

Wisp characters, images, and chat responses are generated by AI. Results may not always be accurate, appropriate, or consistent. GlobalHashtag does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.

You should not rely on AI chat responses for factual information, professional advice, or emergency situations. Wisp chat is an entertainment feature only.

• Use Pocket Wisp lawfully and only on devices you are authorized to use.
• Do not submit photos that contain illegal content, private information of others, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Keep your device credentials and account information secure.
• Understand that wisp data stored locally may be lost if the app is uninstalled.

Pocket Wisp may offer optional Premium subscriptions and coin purchases through Apple or Google billing systems. RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase state and restore access.

• Pricing and included features are shown before purchase.
• Charges are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Coin purchases are consumable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
• Store policies and platform availability may affect restores, refunds, or access timing.

Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the policies of Apple, Google Play, and applicable law. GlobalHashtag may help with support requests, but refunds may be controlled by the platform provider.

Coins and care items in Pocket Wisp are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the app and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed outside the app.

GlobalHashtag reserves the right to modify the availability, pricing, and effects of virtual items to maintain game balance and app quality.

Pocket Wisp, including its software, AI-generated content, text, design, branding, graphics, and related materials, is owned by GlobalHashtag or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal lawful use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass feature limits, payment controls, licensing checks, or technical protections.
• Abuse the AI generation system by submitting harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with the app, its servers, API endpoints, or related infrastructure.
• Use the app for unlawful activity or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false support, billing, or legal requests.

We may suspend, restrict, or stop providing all or part of the app or related support services if we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, technical maintenance, platform requirements, or enforcement of these terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Wisp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific AI generation quality, or availability of every feature at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalHashtag is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, Pocket Wisp.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the law of your place of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting GlobalHashtag entity, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, contact support@globalhashtag.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally first.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Pocket Wisp after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
