What it does
Health Sync reads authorized Google Health data and writes a summary into a daily note on the operator-controlled computer. It can record sleep periods, activity totals, exercise details, and average heart rate when that information is available. Missing data is not filled in or estimated.
This is a private local workflow. There is no public account registration, hosted health dashboard, or access to another person's notes through this website.
Permissions and control
Google account consent grants read-only access to the selected Google Health categories. Health Sync does not change health records in Google Health. Access can be revoked in your Google Account connections.
Revoking access stops future API reads but does not erase notes already saved on the local computer. See the Health Sync privacy policy for data, storage, and deletion details.
