Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Progress Pics, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply together with the Progress Pics Privacy Policy and any applicable Apple, Google Play, App Store, device, or platform terms that govern distribution, billing, or device-level functionality.

Progress Pics is a body progress tracking utility that helps you capture private check-ins, review changes over time, compare photos, and manage simple export output where available.

Some features depend on device capabilities, permissions, app version, regional availability, or third-party platform behavior. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available or perform identically on every device or in every region.

You may use Progress Pics only where you are legally permitted to do so and only on devices you own, control, or are authorized to use.

• Keep your device credentials and lock settings protected.
• Use the app lawfully and only for your own legitimate tracking purposes.
• Review and manage permissions such as camera, photos, notifications, and biometrics before enabling related features.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Progress Pics may offer an optional one-time Pro unlock through Apple or Google billing systems. RevenueCat may be used to support entitlement state management and purchase restoration.

The free version of Progress Pics may contain limited banner ads. Paid features and ad-related behavior are provided only to the extent described in the app, store listing, or checkout flow at the time of purchase.

• Prices, taxes, and purchase terms are shown at checkout through the applicable app store.
• Charges are billed by Apple or Google using the payment method associated with your platform account.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, a purchase is not a recurring subscription.
• Removing the app from your device does not erase your app store purchase history.

Refund eligibility, timing, and processing are generally controlled by the applicable app store and applicable law. GlobalHashtag may assist with support questions, but we may not be able to directly issue or override a platform-controlled refund decision.

Progress Pics, including its software, text, design, branding, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is owned by GlobalHashtag or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal lawful use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the app in a way that violates applicable privacy, consumer protection, or intellectual property law.
• Attempt to bypass feature limits, payment controls, licensing checks, or technical protections.
• Interfere with the app, its support channels, or related infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false support, billing, or legal requests.

Progress Pics is a personal tracking utility. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutritional guidance, or emergency support. Decisions about health, training, nutrition, or treatment should not rely solely on the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progress Pics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalHashtag and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Progress Pics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, if we are found liable for any claim arising out of these terms or the app, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Progress Pics in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50.

We may update the app, remove or add features, revise eligibility rules, or change these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, the app, Apple, Google Play, or another reasonable method.
