Basic setup checks
- Allow camera access if you want to capture new progress photos from inside the app.
- Allow photos or media access where your device requires it for export, save, or share flows.
- Enable biometrics only if you want app lock or protected photo access on supported devices.
- Check that storage space is available if exports or generated videos fail.
- Confirm reminders and notifications are allowed if reminder features are enabled.
Common issues
- If the camera does not open, confirm camera permission is still granted.
- If Pro features do not appear active after purchase, use the in-app restore option first.
- If exports fail, confirm the device has enough storage and the relevant save or share permission is available.
- If app lock or protected photo access do not behave as expected, confirm your device still supports the selected authentication method.
Billing
Progress Pics Pro is a one-time purchase handled through Apple or Google billing. If Pro does not appear active after purchase, use the in-app restore option first.
- On Android, review your Google Play order history and confirm you are signed in with the purchasing account.
- On iPhone, review your Apple purchase history and confirm you are signed in with the purchasing account.
- If the issue continues, contact support and include your store receipt or order information.
Privacy and data
- Progress Pics is designed to keep core check-in data on your device.
- The free version may show limited banner ads on selected screens.
- If your region requires ad consent or privacy choices, the app may show a consent or privacy message before ads are requested.
- Manage deletion from in-app controls where available, or uninstall the app to remove app-private local data subject to platform behavior.
