By downloading, installing, or using SettleNote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply together with the SettleNote Privacy Policy and any applicable Apple, Google Play, device, or platform terms that govern distribution, billing, notifications, backups, or device-level functionality.

You may use SettleNote only where you are legally permitted to do so and only on devices you own, control, or are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of notes, reminders, backups, and device-level security features complies with applicable law.

SettleNote is a private worry review app that lets you capture notes, choose a future review date, record what actually happened, and view personal patterns based on your own entries.

Feature availability may vary by device, operating system version, permissions, platform services, and region.

• Use SettleNote lawfully and only on devices you are authorized to use.
• Keep your device credentials, lock settings, and backup credentials secure.
• Review your own data before deleting or restoring backups.
• Use notifications, biometrics, and cloud services in accordance with your platform settings.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you store in the app. You should avoid using SettleNote in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Backup, restore, reminders, app lock, biometrics, and other device-dependent features rely on platform services, permissions, account availability, and device support. We do not guarantee that every backup, reminder, or restore will succeed in every device state.

You are responsible for preserving your backup key and checking reminder, notification, and platform account settings on your device.

SettleNote may offer optional Lifetime Pro access through Apple or Google billing systems. RevenueCat or related infrastructure may be used to manage purchase state and restore access.

• Pricing and included features are shown before purchase.
• Charges are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
• Store policies and platform availability may affect restores, refunds, or access timing.
• The free version of SettleNote may display limited ads on selected in-app surfaces.

Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the policies of Apple, Google Play, and applicable law. GlobalHashtag may help with support requests, but refunds may be controlled by the platform provider.

SettleNote, including its software, text, design, branding, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is owned by GlobalHashtag or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal lawful use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass feature limits, payment controls, licensing checks, or technical protections.
• Interfere with the app, its website, support channels, or related infrastructure.
• Use the app for unlawful activity or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false support, billing, or legal requests.

We may suspend, restrict, or stop providing all or part of the app or related support services if we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, technical maintenance, platform requirements, or enforcement of these terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

SettleNote is not medical advice, therapy, psychiatric care, or emergency support. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SettleNote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect data recovery, or availability of every backup, notification, purchase, or restore flow at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalHashtag is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, SettleNote.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the law of your place of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting GlobalHashtag entity, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, contact support@globalhashtag.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally first.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of SettleNote after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
